One system, two surfaces
Sahod HR is a web application first. The mobile app is an optional companion for worksites that need on-the-ground attendance.
HR and finance log in from any browser to run payroll, compute premium pay and taxes, generate payslips, and produce government filing — start to finish, no install.
A shared tablet at the gate captures clock-in / clock-out with face recognition, works offline, and syncs to the cloud when there's signal. Add it only for sites that need it.
No worksite devices? Enter or import attendance directly in the web app — the field app is never required.
How it works
The same data flows from the field straight through to payslips and BIR forms.
Workers clock in on the field app (or you enter time in the web app). Logs sync to the cloud and land as reviewable attendance.
The engine applies DOLE premium pay, government contributions, and TRAIN withholding, then generates payslips for the period.
Email payslips to workers and roll the period up into BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG reports — ready to remit.
