Who we are

Sahod HR is a payroll and attendance service operated by BitzStacks. Our customers are employers ("you"). For the employee data you process through the service, you are the Personal Information Controller and we act as your Personal Information Processor.

What we collect

• Account data: names, email addresses, and roles of the staff who log in.
• Employee records: names, government IDs (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN), pay rates, attendance, leaves, and payroll results you enter or import.
• Attendance logs: time in / time out captured in the web app or synced from the field app.
• Biometric data (field app only): face data used for clock-in is processed and stored on the worksite device. It is never transmitted to or stored by the web app.
• Technical data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We process data solely to provide the service: computing payroll, generating payslips, preparing government filing, and syncing attendance. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Storage & security

Web data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. Each worksite uses its own credential to sync, so a device can only post data to the site it is paired with. Biometric face data remains on the device that captured it.

Retention

We retain payroll and attendance records for as long as your account is active and as required by Philippine labour and tax law. On account closure, we will delete or return your data on request, subject to legal retention obligations.

Your rights

Data subjects have rights under the Data Privacy Act, including access, correction, and erasure. Employees should direct requests to their employer; employers can contact us for assistance in fulfilling them.
