The service

Sahod HR provides a web-based payroll and attendance application and an optional mobile field-capture application, operated by BitzStacks. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate employee, rate, and attendance information.
• Keep login credentials secure and manage your own users' access.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable labour, tax, and data-privacy law.
• Obtain any employee consents required for processing attendance and biometric data.

Compliance computations

The service computes premium pay, contributions, and taxes using current DOLE and BIR rules. We work to keep these accurate, but you remain responsible for verifying and filing your own statutory returns. The service is a tool, not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.

Fees

Fees are set out in the quote provided for your account. Unless otherwise agreed, access continues for the paid term and may be suspended for non-payment after notice.

Data

Your data remains yours. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.

Liability

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.
