Can we run payroll without the mobile app?
Yes. The web app is the full system — enter or import attendance, and run payroll, payslips, and filing entirely in the browser. The field app is optional.
What does the field app need to run?
An Android tablet or phone at the worksite. It works offline and syncs to the web app over a secure per-site channel when a connection is available — so it's fine for sites with patchy signal.
Where is the face-recognition data stored?
On the worksite device only. Face embeddings never leave the device and are never read or stored by the web app — the web app only ever receives the resulting time logs.
Can workers see their own payslips?
Yes — each employee has a private self-service portal for payslips, leave balances, and profile-change requests. They only ever see their own records.
